The following agreement governs all use of Chouf.net services.

From time to time you may receive banner or other advertisements or promotions from third parties while using Chouf.net's Service. Your dealings with such third parties, including, without limitation, the payment for and delivery of goods and services, and any terms, conditions, warranties, or representations associated with your dealings with third parties are solely between you and the third party. Chouf.net does not make any representations or warranties with respect to any such dealings or any goods or services which may be obtained from such third parties, and you agree that Chouf.net shall have no liability therefore.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, CHOUF.NET DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. CHOUF.NET DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTY THAT ITS SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT CHOUF.NET SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS, IF ANY, WILL BE CORRECTED; NOR DOES CHOUF.NET MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF CHOUF.NET SERVICE OR AS TO THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH CHOUF.NET SERVICE

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL CHOUF.NET OR ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE CHOUF.NET SERVICE OR FOR THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES OR RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO BY MEANS OF OR THROUGH CHOUF.NET SERVICE, OR RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, OR OTHER INFORMATION THAT IS SENT OR RECEIVED OR NOT SENT OR RECEIVED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLES, EVEN IF CHOUF.NET HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

YOU AGREE THAT CHOUF.NET IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY FAILURE TO DELIVER, HOLD OR STORE EMAIL TRANSMITTED THROUGH THE SERVICE. YOU AGREE THAT CHOUF.NET DOES NOT ENDORSE THE SUBJECT MATTER OF ANY OF ITS LISTS OR ANY OF THE CONTENTS OF COMMUNICATIONS TRANSMITTED THROUGH ITS SERVICE. YOU ALSO AGREE THAT CHOUF.NET SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE TO YOU, OR TO ANYONE, FOR THE STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON OR ARISING FROM USE OF CHOUF.NET SERVICE.
